General Work Description: Work shall include construction of landscaping and irrigation improvements along SR-12 from Pennsylvania Avenue to Webster/Jackson interchange in the City of Fairfield, as part of the Clean CA Program. Work required includes planting, installation of new irrigation pipes (including jack & bore method and rockwheel trench), connection to existing irrigation, and construction of maintenance vehicle pullouts.
