The scope of work of this contract includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the demolition, rework, and replacement of existing finishes with new finishes at the Rancho Solano Clubhouse and the Paradise Valley Clubhouse in Fairfield, CA. Included is demolition, patching and repair, tile flooring, resilient flooring, carpeting, painting, and related work.
