NBR WTP Filter Media Replacement 2020

Removal and replacement of the sand and granular activated carbon media in Filter Bay No. 7, one of eight(8) two-bay filters at the North Bay Regional Water Treatment Plant, 5110 Water Works Lane, Fairfield, California. The CITY intends to replace one filter bay each year there after,at a sequence and specified time prescribed by the CITY. CONTRACTOR is responsible for disposal of the existing media at CONTRACTOR’S cost. CONTRACTOR shall replace any damaged nozzles, replacement nozzles installed by the CONTRACTOR will be provided by the CITY. The CITY will determine which nozzles are damaged for the CONTRACTOR to replace. CONTRACTOR is responsible for disposal of all damaged nozzles at CONTRACTOR’S cost.
